I led the UX design for both the front end and CMS of a large case study archive for the NFB, designing a modular and accessible system that supported the evolving needs of film and interactive projects in various stages such as upcoming, in progress, tied to events, or archived while remaining intuitive for both admins and creators to use.

I led discovery sessions including interviews with everyone from doctors to admins, working with the American College of Chest Physicians to help shape a cutting-edge XR training experience for airway management.

I designed the UX for a story-building mobile app that used image recognition to let cereal lovers scan their favourite marbit and co-create a unicorn-themed tale for National Unicorn Day.

I designed the UX conversational flow for a voice-driven chatbot that matched users with Skyn products, mapping interactions from Facebook to Messenger and exploring e-commerce integration.

SaaS [ Lumeto ]
I was brought in to help complete the usability design of the trainer console UI for a live-action, multi-user mental health crisis response training program. This extended reality platform required thoughtful design for real-time multi-user dialogue in coordination with NPC capability features.
Pharmaceutical [ Grunenthal ]
I led the UX design for an interactive website about the misunderstood disease Gout, creating an intuitive structure for storytelling and deep content while collaborating to solve interaction challenges and boost performance.
Edutainment [ eOne ]
I led UX for version 2 of a much-loved preschool app, shaping joyful, localized experiences for kids in 15 countries. This included navigating cultural quirks, tiny thumbs and three global app stores (Apple, Google and Amazon).
